FOR ATHLETES

In order to reach optimal performance capabilities, athletes are forced to train at high intensity levels. At these levels small muscular inefficiencies can become magnified. Often times the body can no longer handle the increased stress placed on joints and tissues. This causes compensation and reduced outcomes.

Compensation quickly turns into tightness and eventually leads to a break down of contractible ability and a loss of consistent performance. By improving the contractile ability of the muscular system we create an environment where the athlete can avoid injury while also improving athletic capabilities. Our goal is to increase the contractile ability of the system before performance declines and an injury occurs.
